Qualifications

• BA in ECE or related field or currently pursuing
• Certified in Pre-K to 4th Grade
• CPR Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Employ a variety of educational techniques to teach children
• Observe each child to support social development and self-esteem
• Encourage interactions among children
• Guide development of artistic and practical skills through the curriculum
• Organize nap and snack times and supervise safety
• Track progress and report to parents
• Communicate with parents about progress and development
• Collaborate with educators
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom
