Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with groups of young children is required (paid or unpaid).
• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• Background as a student of gymnastics, cheer, dance, or another movement-based discipline is a plus.
• No prior experience is required; however, experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Instruct weekly gymnastics classes for preschool children ages 9 months to 5 years.
• Create a welcoming and supportive class environment aligned with academy’s philosophy.
• Follow class plans, skill progressions, and safety protocols.
• Provide age-appropriate instruction that challenges athletes.
• Engage positively with parents to provide feedback.
• Monitor kids closely and respond promptly to injuries.
