As an Associate Attorney, you will quickly become responsible for handling cases, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial work as a second chair.

Qualifications

• Background in plaintiff-side personal injury; other desirable experience areas include, but are not limited to, medical malpractice and product liability.
• A valid J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and admission to the bar of California.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to work as an individual and as a part of a team on behalf of injured clients.
• Ability to work under a deadline in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases and manage discovery tasks; take and defend depositions; draft and argue motions; perform trial work as a second chair.
• Frequent travel may be required and client contact is significant, especially during stressful times for families.
