You will handle plaintiff-side civil cases (Torts, personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability) in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Qualifications

• Background in plaintiff-side personal injury and related areas such as medical malpractice or product liability.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited school and California bar admission.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on behalf of injured clients.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle case management tasks including written discovery, depositions (taking/defending).
• Draft and argue motions and handle trial work as second chair.
• Engage with clients during stressful times and manage high-stakes litigation.
