Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates - Highlands Ranch is seeking a passionate Instructor who will lead dynamic, form-focused Pilates classes and inspire clients through our unique BODYBAR method. The successful candidate will not only teach but also build a welcoming atmosphere in every session.

Applicants should have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for health and fitness. CPR & AED Certification is required, along with completion of BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to engage with clients and team effectively.
• Experience in Pilates or group fitness is preferred, but not necessary.
• Candidates must complete BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program to teach.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic, form-focused Pilates classes.
• Support and guide members with expert cues.
• Build a welcoming community by connecting with members.
