Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates - Yardley is seeking energetic Instructors to lead BODYBAR classes with high energy and precise form. You’ll guide members through dynamic, strength-focused Pilates sessions and foster a welcoming, motivating studio atmosphere.

Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you’ll use the BODYBAR method, adapt to all levels, schedule classes, and promote studio events. CPR/AED and instructor certification are required; BODYBAR training provided.

Qualifications

• Clear, effective communication with members.
• Strong people skills to engage diverse clients.
• Basic anatomy and movement knowledge for safe practice.
• Pilates or group fitness experience preferred.
• Completion of BODYBAR Instructor Training Program.
• CPR & AED certification required.
• Must obtain and provide instructor liability insurance when requested.

Responsibilities

• Be a true BODYBAR ambassador and bring energy to every class.
• Lead form-focused BODYBAR sessions for all fitness levels.
• Provide expert cues to keep members safe and aligned.
• Offer upbeat support and answer questions on modifications and policies.
• Own your class schedule and secure subs to maintain a great member experience.
• Build community by connecting with members before, during, and after class.
