Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking an energetic Instructor to lead dynamic, form-focused Pilates classes using our BODYBAR method. You’ll inspire members, guide proper movement, and create a welcoming studio environment under the supervision of the Fitness Manager.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others feel strong.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement.
• Pilates or group fitness experience is preferred but not required.
• Complete BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program; if not completed, tuition applies.
• CPR & AED certification is required and instructor liability insurance may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Be a true BODYBAR ambassador—live the mission and bring energy to every class.
• Lead form-focused Pilates sessions using the BODYBAR method for all fitness levels.
• Provide expert cues to keep members safe, aligned, and confident in movement.
• Offer clear, upbeat support about modifications, studio policies, and promotions.
• Own your class schedule and arrange subs to ensure a great member experience.
• Foster a welcoming community by engaging with members before, during, and after class.
