Job summary

Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OPT) in San Antonio is seeking a friendly Part-Time Physical Therapy Technician to join a team that values patient care and results. You will assist providers during exercises and treatments, and help patients have smooth, enjoyable visits.

Qualifications include being at least 18, a High School Diploma or GED, and a genuine interest in exercise, sports, anatomy, and physiology. No prior healthcare experience is required, but welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Friendly and approachable with strong customer service skills.
• Passionate about exercise, sports, anatomy and physiology.
• Willing to learn and grow; healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the right-hand assistant to providers during patient exercises and treatments.
• Act as a friendly guide for patients to ensure a smooth, enjoyable visit.
• Assist Front Office Coordinator with greeting patients, scheduling, phone calls, and copays.
• Maintain seamless communication between providers, patients and front office staff.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying adaptable and organized.
