Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Physical Therapy Office experience preferred.
• Excellent Customer Service and Telephone skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Background check will be conducted for acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for therapy by welcoming and assisting into attire or openings.
• Provides information to patients and addresses questions or concerns.
• Assists with heat packs, paraffin dips, whirlpool, and exercise equipment.
• Demonstrates proper use of equipment and exercises to patients.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Keeps therapy area clean and safe, and sterilizes equipment as needed.
