Premier Rehabilitation is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapy Technician in Holt, MI. The role focuses on patient support, appointment coordination, and clinical assistance in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting.

You will contribute to a patient-first experience and help maintain an organized, efficient clinic flow. Key duties include documentation, appointment adjustments, and supporting exercise sessions while upholding confidentiality and quality standards.

Qualificações

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively.
• Ability to analyze technician staffing needs and assist clinic supervisor with scheduling as needed.
• Exceptional customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to a variety of situations.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• To create both paper and electronic copies of documentation.
• To work with personal information and maintain patient confidentiality.
• To make adjustments to patient appointments to ensure optimal schedule flow.
• To ensure all equipment, supplies, and office space are clean.
• To assist with exercise instruction when needed.
• To assist with training new techs.
• Task delegation when needed.
• Assisting the clinic supervisor with supply inventory.
