Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a Clinic Manager in Wheaton, IL, to lead evidence-based therapy programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. You will evaluate and plan treatment, administer programs, and foster patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
