Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager in Palatine Township, Illinois. You will lead a team to deliver evidence-based care across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties, while evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover.

You will establish treatment plans, manage clinic budgets, drive referrals, and ensure accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• State licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
