Powerback is hiring physical therapy professionals to deliver comprehensive rehabilitative care across the nation. The role focuses on patient-centered therapy in diverse settings, from nursing facilities to outpatient clinics, with an emphasis on improving mobility and quality of life.

posted salary range: USD $30.00 - USD $40.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $5,000.00. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available, plus mentorship and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to patients’ residence.

Responsibilities

• Attends and contributes to patient care and treatment conferences as a representative of physical therapy.
• Adheres to department schedules and completes timely clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborates with the rehabilitation team to implement patient-specific programs.
• Assists the Physical Therapist during tests, evaluations, and procedures.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in therapy techniques under supervision.
• Maintains documentation for all patients treated.
• Maintains and reports on equipment condition and needs for repair.
• Prioritizes patient service and delivers compassionate care.
• Implements individualized treatment plans as established by the PT.
• Delivers various PT modalities and therapeutic interventions.
