Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Return residents to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of therapy goals.
• Instruct patients in maintaining achieved levels of function after discharge.
• Design independent exercise programs and modify activities appropriately.
