INTEGRIS Health seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide direct therapy under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will perform therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and functional training to improve mobility and self-care.

The role includes documentation, collaboration with the therapy team, and potential cross-unit support. Requires an Associate’s Degree and Oklahoma PTA license, with BLS/ CPR within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited program.
• Current Oklahoma PTA license.
• PTA license or temporary PTA license.
• BLS/CPR certification from ARC or AHA within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and implement therapy procedures under licensed PT supervision.
• Assist with equipment recommendations and barrier modifications as needed.
• Support clinical instructors and orient new staff or volunteers.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and functional training relating to movement and self-care.
• Document treatment and charges per policy; coordinate with the therapy team.
• Floats to other units as needed and may require on-call, weekend or flex scheduling.
