Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year PTA program approved by the APTA.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• CPR certification renewed every two years.
• Experience as a PTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physical therapy programs planned by the therapist.
• Train patients in exercises, ambulation and activities of daily living.
• Collect clinical assessment scores and health-related information.
• Perform tests and evaluations across age groups.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Assist with research protocols and education materials.
• Participate in staff meetings and training activities.
