CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

The role requires graduation from a CAPTE-accredited PT program, CA licensure, CPR certification, and strong clinical/problem-solving skills. Lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active through shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure in California and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active through shift.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients as medically necessary.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation of goals and progress.
• Lead and coach assistants and aides to deliver quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
