CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

You will also maintain comprehensive documentation, stay compliant with state practice acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations, and participate in ongoing professional development through continuing education and sponsorship opportunities.

Formación

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active through shift.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
