Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in a collaborative setting. The role emphasizes patient education and adherence to regulatory standards as part of a high-quality rehab program.

The position requires a degree in Physical Therapy, state licensure, and prefers CPR certification. Experience level is 0-1 years within a supportive, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehab needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
