Job summary

SpringView Manor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Kansas seeks a Physical Therapist to develop individualized therapy programs, perform assessments, plan and implement treatment, and educate patients while coordinating with other health professionals to maximize functional progress.

You will provide direct patient care, design plans of care, document outcomes, and contribute to quality improvement while maintaining professional growth and adherence to facility policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Baccalaureate, Master's, or Doctorate).
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assess functional needs.
• Develop and implement plans of care with patient and family participation.
• Document evaluations, goals, and progress regularly.
• Collaborate with other health professionals and staff to achieve outcomes.
• Maintain standards of care and participate in quality improvement.
