Job summary

CHI Health Missouri Valley is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing and improve quality of life. You will perform initial evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver direct treatments in a patient-centered environment.

Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will meet productivity standards, supervise PTAs, document per regulations, and stay current with best practices while supporting ongoing education and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy or related field required at hire.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Hospital/clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop plans of care.
• Provide and document direct physical therapy treatments.
• Meet patient care productivity standards and collaborate with the team.
• Promote a customer service oriented environment.
• Supervise PT assistants and techs per guidelines.
• Stay current with evidence-based practice and participate in meetings.
