Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• One year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Current California license to practice Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment for neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues.
• Assesses muscle strength, coordination, ROM, and respiratory/circulatory function.
• Provides direct resident treatment per care plan and maintains confidentiality of records.
• Performs home assessments to ensure safe discharge environments.
• Completes forms and documents per company policy and regulations.
