Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Assess patient goals and tailor plans with physicians or prescriptions.
• Instruct and assist patients in therapeutic activities and activities of daily living.
• Oversee aides and ensure safe, effective treatments.
• Participate in discharge planning and care conferences.
• Maintain confidential patient records and comply with regulations.
