Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct physical therapy services in the facility.
• Assumes responsibility for the assessment of patients appropriate to the age of the patient.
• Maintains and completes accurate documentation and reports.
• Contributes to discharge planning and resident care plans.
• Direct the physical therapy assistant and supervise staff.
