Job summary

Tower Health’s Reading Hospital Rehabilitation at Wyomissing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our acute and transitional units on the Rehabilitation Continuum. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy for referred patients in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• PA Physical Therapy License or temporary licensure.
• BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and implements physical therapy treatment plans for referred patients.
• Supervises assistants, aides, and students.
• Supports all Rehabilitation Continuum programs.
• Maintains collaboration with hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers and other health professionals.
