Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services and improve patient mobility and function. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered setting.

We seek candidates with strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills, who can educate patients and families and adapt plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification and any state-required certifications.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using various therapies and modalities.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other health professionals.
• Ensure timely evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and best practices.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and support nonclinical staff.
