Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Arizona is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services, assess patients, and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life.

The role involves coordinating with physicians, educating patients and families, and staying current with advancing PT techniques within a collaborative clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program.
• CPR certification or state-required certifications.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals using various therapeutic techniques.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
