The Springs of Chenal in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and develop personalized treatment plans. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and rehabilitation, ensuring effective care coordination.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy, current Arkansas PT licensure, and strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arkansas.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide expert physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques
• Educate patients and families on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and disease prevention strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans
