Qualifications

• Must hold California Physical Therapist license.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services (90% outpatient, 10% inpatient/swing).
• Assess, treat, and document patient progress.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams as needed.
