Job summary

The role requires a PT license, 2+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology, with EMR experience preferred. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend rotations.

Qualifications

• Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their specific needs.
• Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and activities to support their recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with developments and advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities.
