Loyal Source is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide care to inmate patients in Virginia. The role covers outpatient orthopedic services and Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation/Acute care, including evaluations, progress notes, updated plans of care, and discharges.

You will collaborate with a PT clinic team and medical staff to enhance patient outcomes, participate in quality improvement measures, and adapt assignments to meet clinical and administrative needs of the department.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Virginia physical therapy license.
• Inpatient/outpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Experience evaluating and treating acute and chronic orthopedic conditions.
• Excellent oral and written communication and collaboration with medical staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide PT evaluations, progress notes, updated plans of care, and discharges.
• Apply clinical knowledge to outpatient orthopedics and inpatient rehab.
• Collaborate with PT clinic team and medical staff to improve patient care.
• Assist in quality improvement measures and data collections.
• Assignments to other duties or locations as needed.
