Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license required.
• Hospital or rehabilitation experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust therapy interventions to promote recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records including progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to plan future care.
