Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy in Richmond, VA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time role. You will evaluate patients, create and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance recovery outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a PT license, BLS/CPR certification, and strong communication skills, with experience across orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports rehab. Excellent patient care is a priority.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy license for Virginia or eligible to practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Strong communication and collaboration with patients and families.
• Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Engage in orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports rehab.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on plans and progress.
• Maintain excellent patient service and professionalism.
• Track patient progress aligned with clinical goals.
