Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Maryland, DC, and/or Virginia PT licensure required; CPR certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services including review of patient history and documentation of results.
• Implements and adjusts treatment plans based on patient progress and team input.
• Completes discharge planning and documents care activities accurately.
• Manages schedule, meets productivity expectations and maintains professional practice.
