• Provides patient care assessment and treatment; establishes goals and appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes, and ICD-10 codes.
• Meets department productivity standards and contributes to budgeting and scheduling.
• Participates in process improvements and promotes continued professional development among staff.
• Ensures professional communication with patients, families, and care teams and maintains patient safety and quality of care.
