Job summary

Vertical Health Services seeks a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at Chattanooga Health and Rehab Center in Chattanooga, TN. This full-time position offers a day shift and the chance to treat a diverse caseload across orthopedic, neurological, and long-term care settings.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, collaborate with colleagues, document progress per SNF standards, and work with modern equipment.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Tennessee (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility and functional independence
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities

Education
