Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist to join a growing clinic team in Iowa. The PT will assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation, establish and manage treatment plans, and document patient progress under physician direction.

The role supports direct patient care, with 1:1 patient interactions, CPR certification required, and licensure in the state of Iowa expected. Direct hire/permanent placement options are available.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or actively in the application process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
