Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for Blythewood to provide evidence-based therapy to residents, assess and treat per individualized care plans, and document findings.

You will follow policies, participate in orientations and trainings, and collaborate with the care team to support patient outcomes. This role offers growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid physical therapist license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• If foreign-trained, program deemed substantially equivalent by a credentialing organization approved by the APTA.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per the care plan.
• Complete all documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow established policies and procedures related to scope of practice.
• Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and judgment.
• Complete required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and timely.
• Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor.
