Job summary

Providence Centralia Hospital is seeking a licensed physical therapist to treat a broad range of patients, from CVA cases to post-surgical orthopedics and general medical outpatients. The role requires independence and teamwork with physicians, nurses and social workers to support patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Washington Physical Therapist License to be obtained upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification to be obtained upon hire.
• Clinical experience in treatment of a variety of patients, exercise programs, transfer training and gait training for orthopedically and neurologically involved patients in acute care and/or outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Treat a variety of patients including CVA, post-orthopedic surgery, general medical and outpatients.
• Function independently as well as part of a team with physicians, nurses and social workers.

Education

Graduate in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Washington Physical Therapist License

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
