Job summary

San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, focusing on mobility, safety, discharge readiness, and prevention of functional decline. You will develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and caregivers to optimize outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds California licensure, BLS certification, and an interest in both acute care and outpatient rehab.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program of physical therapy with state licensure.
• Current California Board of Physical Therapy licensure.
• BLS certification.
• One year of PT experience preferred; new grads welcome with interest in acute and outpatient care.
• Certification in LSVT BIG and vestibular rehab is a plus; orthopedic manual therapy skills are beneficial.
