Job summary

San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients in inpatient and outpatient settings with a focus on early mobility and safe handling. You will develop individualized plans, educate patients and families, and participate in discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include CA PT licensure and BLS; new grads welcome with interest in acute and outpatient care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited program of physical therapy with valid licensure.
• Current California Board of Physical Therapy licensure.
• BLS certification.
• One year of physical therapy experience; new grads welcome.
• Three years clinical expertise preferred.
• LSVT BIG certification or vestibular rehab proficiency preferred.
• Orthopedic manual therapy skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and differentiate diagnosis and identify deficits in functional mobility and ADLs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with patient-centered goals.
• Facilitate early mobility in inpatient care with safe patient handling.
• Coordinate discharge planning and continuum of care with the team.
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities within the unit.
