Job summary

Trinity Health in Grand Rapids is seeking phlebotomists for inpatient, outpatient, and mobile roles. You will collect specimens, register patients, and process data across hospital and off-site locations.

The role requires a high school diploma, Michigan driver’s license, and 6 months of phlebotomy experience. ASCP certification is preferred and may be obtained within one year of hire. Day shift, full-time with varied schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and valid Michigan driver’s license.
• ASCP certification for Phlebotomy preferred (must obtain within 1 year of hire).
• Minimum six months phlebotomy experience, including school experience.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collection, registration, and processing in hospital, outpatient labs, and facilities.
• Support Pathology Department with clerical tasks and data entry.
• Maintain high-volume workflow while meeting computer-based targets.
• Travel between main hospital, clinics, and off-site facilities as needed.
