Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking a Phlebotomist/Registration specialist to join its Grand Rapids team. You will perform specimen collection, patient registration, and data entry in a high-volume setting across hospital and outpatient sites.

Role requires a high school diploma, ASCP certification preferred, and 6 months phlebotomy experience. Training will occur on the shift you are hired for, with some weekend and holiday work expected.

Qualifications

• Six months phlebotomy experience strongly desired (including school).
• Must be able to type 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Specimen collection, registration and processing for patients.
• 50% computer data entry and registration tasks.
• Support to Pathology Department and other duties as assigned.
