Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; PT cert preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications preferred.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Self-starter and team player.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Post on club social media to boost engagement.
• Focus on member experience with follow-up to members and prospects.
• Conduct fitness consultations and assess goals.
• Deliver group workouts of 1–15 participants.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of club/equipment.
• Review club reports to improve strategies.
