Vim and Vigor seeks a Personal Trainer to educate and coach club members during paid sessions, orientations, and general service times. You will tailor programs for diverse clients and manage session duration to maximize revenue and member satisfaction.

This PT role emphasizes consistent client contact, accurate program progression, and use of club apps for communication. Availability for multiple shifts, including evenings, is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in health and wellness.
• Must communicate effectively to motivate members.
• Proficient with club software and mobile devices.

Aufgaben

• Design exercise programs for a large variety of members.
• Train and coach through exercise programs that are safe and effective.
• Conduct orientation or assessment sessions and assist in selling services.
• Manage bookings two weeks in advance in the online calendar.
• Support club goals and assist in front desk tasks when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date client information and use approved apps.
