Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• If not currently licensed, must pursue Hawaii licensure and obtain a valid license within three years, with enrollment toward HTSB requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans for diverse learning styles.
• Assess and monitor student learning using formative and summative assessments; differentiate instruction based on data.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom culture with clear behavior and growth expectations.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, achievements and goals.
• Collaborate with grade-level teams, special education staff, and school leadership to support school-wide initiatives and student interventions.
