BCG Attorney Search in San Diego seeks a Patent Litigation Associate to join our Intellectual Property team. The role centers on handling patent litigation matters, including technical analysis, discovery management, and trial preparation.

You will collaborate with experts, draft pleadings, and participate in Markman hearings, contributing to strategic litigation solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of patent litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice in California, Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, DC.
• Experience in district court and/or before the International Trade Commission.
• Background in technology or life sciences.
• Education: JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and try patent matters, including Markman hearings.
• Conduct technical analysis of products and patents.
• Manage discovery preparation and processes.
• Collaborate with experts and conduct depositions.
• Draft pleadings and motions.
