Responsibilities

• Leadership – assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Communication – maintain clear interactions with customers and employees.
• Metrics Mindedness – monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process Orientation – follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Teamwork – collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize stock, and manage returns/merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – assist in managing commercial/hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Problem Solving – resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly.
