Job summary

Raymond West in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Parts Inventory Clerk to join our Parts team. You will compile records related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping parts, supporting accurate inventory across branches.

Candidates should have strong communication, be comfortable with Microsoft Office, and able to read and follow safety and operating procedures. This role requires occasional travel to different locations and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent with 3–6 months related experience or training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Effective speaking before groups; strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work off-hours and take on more responsibilities.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates drive and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Performs physical inventory counts on-site and off-site.
• Enters data into reports to measure inventory accuracy.
• Analyzes and reconciles inventory discrepancies.
• Processes stock transfers as needed.
• Relocates parts for optimal storage efficiency.
• Ensures stock levels for service vans and branches are accurate.
• Works with IT to create inventory reports.
• Assists with duties related to parts sales as assigned.
• Other duties as directed by management.
