Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of products/merchandise.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage and connect with customers.
• Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about promotions and upcoming events.
• Provide premier customer service and maintain an inclusive, respectful environment.
